Shipping and Return Policy
To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we offer nationwide doorstep delivery and free shipping.

Delivery Timeframe and Location Limits
Currently, UniGrow supports nationwide delivery across our country. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days from the time the shipping carrier picks up the package.

Please note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

However, in certain force majeure situations, delivery may be delayed due to:
– UniGrow staff being unable to contact the customer by phone, thus preventing delivery.
– An incorrect or hard-to-locate delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is completely free for all customers.

If customers receive a product from UniGrow that has been damaged during transit, we are responsible for handling their request according to our return and exchange policy.

Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transit
For goods damaged during shipping, customers have the right to refuse the product and request an return-exchange under our “refund and exchange” policy. We will promptly send a new order to you (with free shipping).

In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform the customer promptly, and the customer may choose to either cancel the order or continue to wait for delivery.
